Check student Picture Permissions on the dashboard or in the Administrator App. Parents/guardians can update their choice in the school app under My Student.
1. Check picture permission
- Open Forms → Picture Permissions on your dashboard.
- Use the student-name, year, class or status filters as needed.
- Click Search.
- Review the Picture Permission Status for the student.
2. Update permission when a parent contacts the school
Confirm the parent/guardian’s instruction first. Ask them to update the permission in their school app where possible. If the school needs to make the change, make sure it reflects their instruction.
- Find the student using Search By Student Name, then click Search.
- Check that you have the correct student.
- Select the checkbox beside their name.
- Choose Allow to record permission as granted, or Deny to record it as not granted.
Your name is recorded under Last Modified By when you change the status.
